You may return new items sold and fulfilled by petitpas-shop.com within 14 days after delivery for a full refund.
You will get your refund within 2 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
Please find our warranty process:
1. You can return items within 14 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you.
2. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please help us by sending clear photos with good lighting of the defect for each affected item, including the item's packaging and the delivery box.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags clearly attached with any related accessories that were included. Product returns that are soiled, have been altered in any way or do not conform to the above will not be accepted.
4. If buyer has chosen the wrong size/color or doesn't like the item (item is not faulty), we can allow return. Please contact us. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
5. If the item you have received is incorrect (wrong size/color/article), please kindly send us photos with good lighting of the item and packaging and labels. Once we confirm, we will dispatch an alternative product or offer refund. All shipping fees in this case are our responsibility and will be reimbursed.
6. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped out, please wait until it arrives. Contact us first so we can provide you with a return address. Sign for the parcel when you receive it and then return it unopened to the address we have provided. We will arrange partial refund in that case.
7. We will give you our return address, please always contact us to obtain it. Please do not send back your item(s) until we reply back to you with the appropriate address – this is not the same one displayed on your parcel.
8. Please fill out any customs documents with the following description and declaration: "Product Return to seller - $0 value".
9. All return shipping fees involved in the warranty are customer's responsibility and cannot be reimbursed in case the customer receives the correct order.
If the item is not faulty and just do not want it anymore, let us know we will allow you return. As long as the item is sent back unworn with all original tags, packaging, we will refund you or exchange it.
